Caring for your Ceramics
Although every piece is made with durable and lasting clays and glazes, you should handle your ceramics with care. Each piece is microwave and dishwasher safe, but I still recommend handwashing. Some SunDay Ceramics' pieces are highly detailed and have intricate sculptural elements that need to be handled mindfully. SunDay Ceramics is not liable for any cracks or damages to pieces after the product has been received safely.
Shipping
All SunDay Ceramics products are mailed using Canada Post, expedited parcel, for insurance and tracking numbers. All shipping rates are calculated through Wix by weight, size and location. We ship within Canada, US, and internationally. (Please note that international shipments may or may not have a tracking number)
Materials used for shipping are recycled kraft paper, newspaper, recycled bubble wrap, and biodegradable packing peanuts.
Each piece is wrapped with care and love to ensure that each piece arrives safely. It may seem like there is a lot of extra packaging and waste when first opening your package but keep in mind handmade ceramics require a lot of extra cushion to make a safe arrival. We highly suggest recycling, or reusing the packaging materials used.
Please allow 5 business days for processing and packaging your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery via email.
If you are in Calgary and would like to pick up your order be sure to select pick-up when checking out. You will receive an email once your order is ready to pick up, and we can set up a time that works for both of us.
Return Policy
Damaged Items
All orders are packaged carefully to avoid damage during shipping. However, if you open your package and find your piece damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact SunDay Ceramics via email: hello@sunday-ceramics.com. We can then work to find a solution together.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned 1 item. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Custom Orders
Unfortunately, I am not accepting any commissions or custom orders at this time, and am unsure of when I will be opening up any custom orders.
